Our Premium PFM (Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal) crowns are crafted using high-quality Co-Cr metal as the substructure, which is layered with top-tier materials from a leading manufacturer in the field. These crowns can be used for both anterior and posterior teeth and are capable of supporting full-mouth bridges, thanks to their high flexural strength.
The adoption of 3D intra-oral scanning technology facilitates the acquisition of precise dental recordings, thereby circumventing the reliance on conventional impression-taking techniques involving rubber base or alginate materials. This transition to digital methodologies not only ensures heightened accuracy but also minimizes patient discomfort during the impression process. Additionally, we provide a mandatory interim crown (a CAD-CAM milled PMMA crown) to rule out any changes in the patient's mouth during the fabrication process.
Our metal-ceramic material offers maximum efficiency, ease of handling, and lifelike aesthetics. It is the first material in dental ceramics to contain oxyapatite crystals, which reflect a high amount of incident light and give restorations a natural-looking depth. These crystals are present in all the shaded components, ranging from the opaquer to the incisal materials, allowing for the control of the restoration's translucency or opacity as needed. The addition of leucite and fluorapatite crystals, along with coordinated glass phases, gives this low-fusing mixed-glass ceramic unique handling and optical properties.
